Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County is hiring a Mission Support Specialist to help keep the behind-the-scenes work of our organization running smoothly. From supporting Human Resources and onboarding new employees to coordinating volunteers, maintaining records, assisting with special projects, and keeping daily operations moving, you'll play an important role in helping our teams succeed.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy days, juggling multiple priorities, and solving problems. You'll be trusted to use good judgment, think independently, and confidently tackle new challenges. If you're naturally curious, resourceful, and enjoy learning new things, you'll fit in well here.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service. You'll regularly work with employees, applicants, volunteers, vendors, and community partners.

This position is based on a regular 32-hour workweek. Employees are expected to work up to 40 hours per week as organizational needs require.
