Not every job lets you be the reason a kid has a better day.

We're hiring a Youth Development Professional for our Burlington program-someone who can step into a busy after-school environment and help create a space where youth feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.

You'll spend your time connecting with kids, helping with homework, leading activities, and keeping things moving in a positive direction. Some moments are high-energy, others are quieter, but all of them matter. The biggest impact comes from being consistent-showing up, paying attention, and building trust over time.

We're looking for someone who brings a steady presence, a good sense of humor, and the ability to stay calm and positive in a fast-paced setting. You don't need to come in knowing everything, but you should be willing to learn, adapt, and engage with youth in a meaningful way.

This role requires meeting Washington State requirements for licensed childcare, including completing background checks, required training, and health documentation, such as a TB test and proof of MMR vaccination or immunity.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, as this position may include working with middle school youth.

Eligible employees may qualify for Paid Time Off and access to an Employee Assistance Plan. Ongoing support and development are provided to help you grow in the role.

At the end of the day, this job is about being someone youth can count on. The impact you make might not always be obvious in the moment, but it sticks.

If you're ready to be part of something that matters, apply today and join our team.
