What if your summer job wasn't just a job... but an adventure?
This summer, our Clubs are all about "Choose Your Adventure." Every day brings something new-games, outdoor activities, creative projects, and moments that stick with kids long after summer ends. We're looking for people who are ready to jump in, lead with energy, and help create a summer kids won't forget.
Will it always be easy? No.
Will it be worth it? Absolutely.
As a Summer YDP, you'll be right in the middle of it all-building relationships, leading activities, and creating a space where kids feel safe, supported, and excited to be there. You don't need years of experience-just a positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in working with youth. Training is provided before you get started.
This is a temporary summer position, but the impact you make can last far beyond it.
In this role, you will help lead engaging activities, support a safe and fun environment, and build meaningful connections with youth and your team. You'll also have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and interests into the experience.
We're looking for someone who is at least 18 years old, brings strong energy and patience, communicates well, and can stay positive in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy being active, thinking on your feet, and making a difference in kids' lives, you'll fit right in.
Clubs operate Monday through Friday during the summer, generally between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM, with schedules based on program needs.
Positions are available across our Clubs in Anacortes, Mount Vernon, Burlington, and Concrete, with placement based on program needs.
This isn't just a summer job. It's a chance to lead, grow, and be part of something bigger.
Are you ready to choose your adventure?
