In this role, you'll build meaningful relationships with youth while leading activities that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and positive character development. Whether you're helping with homework, organizing games, or simply being a trusted and encouraging presence, you'll play an important role in each member's day.

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll plan and lead engaging activities, encourage participation, and help create a welcoming and inclusive environment for youth. You'll support daily programming, work collaboratively with your team, and help ensure the Club is a place where kids feel safe, valued, and excited to return.

What We're Looking For:
We're looking for dependable, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with youth and bring positive energy to a team environment. This role requires meeting Washington State requirements for licensed childcare, including completing background checks, required training, and health documentation such as a TB test and proof of MMR vaccination or immunity.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Positions working with older youth have additional age requirements: staff must be at least 21 years old to work with middle school members and at least 23 years old to work with high school members.

Experience working with youth is helpful but not required-training is provided. If you're flexible, willing to learn, and excited to support kids in a meaningful way, we'd love to hear from you.
