Job description: We are looking for an entry level marine service Technician who will perform a wide range of tasks in the maintenance of our 35’ – 44’ yachts and cruisers. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized and detail oriented. Communication skills need to be excellent within the service department for parts and invoicing. Our goal is consistent very high-quality craftsman completions. You will be able to perform tasks such as bottom paint, oil changes, battery replacements, pump replacements, and more. This is a hands-on position that gets dirty from time to time.Experience: Experience with bottom painting, know how to use basic hand tools and measuring devices, basic understanding of mechanical skills, follow both written and verbal instructions, follow all safe work practices, and complete all duties as assigned.Qualifications: Must follow all safety standards and procedures. Must be organized and tidy. Must be able to work closely with team members and demonstrate respect.
